AI-assisted trading platform for aviation parts
A multi-tenant B2B platform that runs an aviation parts trader's full commercial cycle: inbound RFQ, supplier sourcing, quote, sales order, invoice and airworthiness paperwork. Customer requests arrive as email; a queue-backed Microsoft Graph pipeline reads them with an LLM, matches inventory, and drafts a quote only when it clears a per-tenant confidence gate. Everything else routes to a human with the reason it was held.

AI-native applicant tracking system
A Turkish recruitment operation was running dozens of concurrent hiring projects out of spreadsheets and a shared inbox. I built the system that replaced it: CVs parsed into structured records by Gemini, candidates tracked through configurable pipelines, KVKK consent captured as timestamped evidence, and recruiters querying their own pipeline in plain Turkish. Multi-tenant, bilingual, in production. Sole developer, nine months.

AI care assistant with long-term memory
A Turkish-language platform for families raising autistic children. Parents log structured daily observations and upload medical reports; an AI assistant answers caregiving questions using that history and cites the exact record behind every recommendation. Therapists and teachers join the same child's profile under a granular permission model. Built solo: data model, retrieval architecture, prompt system, background processing and cost controls.

A production learning platform for Kapsül Hafıza's cognitive-skills curriculum
A learning platform for cognitive-skills training — attention, perception, reading speed and memory. It scores diagnostic tests against grade-specific norms, then prescribes and delivers the matching training from 881 exercises built on 52 interactive templates. Five roles share one declarative permission model; packages, iyzico payments and read-time entitlements decide what each student can open. In production since March 2026.
Dialogue LMS
The operating system for a language school
A 27-year-old İstanbul language school ran its enquiries, timetable, attendance and instalment plans in four disconnected places. I built one platform where a free CEFR placement exam produces a scored lead, the callback queue flags its own 48-hour breaches, and live lessons run on LiveKit with a 162-page coursebook that turns, zooms and gets annotated in sync for every student in the room.

A self-grading coding classroom
A bilingual programming-education platform where instructors assign coding work to a class with a timed window, every submission is compiled and run against hidden test cases in a sandbox, and stuck students get a Socratic AI tutor that is prompt-constrained never to hand over the solution. Built end to end on Next.js 15, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Prisma; live in production for a Turkish coding academy.
Course Governance Platform
Semester course approval for a university, from department head to Student Affairs
Semester course planning used to live in spreadsheets and email, where authority differed by role and nobody could see what was waiting on whom. I built a role-based platform that carries every course from a department head's draft through dean and rector approval to Student Affairs — with permissions enforced per role, per faculty scope and per individual form field, multi-branch instructor assignment against live teaching load, and a full audit trail.
Nonprofit Support Assistant
A safety-aware RAG assistant over a fragmented content estate
A self-hosted RAG assistant for a nonprofit whose public information spanned organizational content, support services, legal guidance, publications and events. Because visitors could also arrive with urgent safety concerns, recognized emergency phrases take a deterministic path before the model is ever called. Everything else is retrieved across four datasets, reranked, and answered under a grounded prompt at temperature zero.
